Applying Fields to User or Group

An important and powerful feature of the Details Tab is the ability to apply fields to the individual user, or to the group.

This means you don’t have to repeat company-wide common information for all of the users in the group.

For example, the “Company” field would likely have the same details for everyone in your organization, such as “XYZ Company LLC” so there is no need to repeat it on every signature when you can simply apply the field to the group.

This ensures that all users have consistent data.
